White winemaking with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine lees for 3 to 4 months.
Color: straw yellow with light golden reflections
Bouquet: Delicate and elegant, fruity with notes of apple, tropical fruits, and a hint of bread crust.
Taste: It is savory, fresh, and elegant, with hints of ripe fruit.
