Sylvoz and Guyot with a production per hectare of 120 quintals of grapes
Harvest the first week of September
Vinification in white with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aging on fine lees for 4/5 months
Colour: straw yellow
Bouquet: intense fruity notes, pear and white peach stand out accompanied by hints of wildflowers
Taste: enveloping and full, good freshness and pleasant flavor, with an excellent balance and a long finish
