The vineyards are located in the province of Treviso, within the Prosecco Doc area
Sylvoz and double upside down with a production per hectare of 180 quintals of grapes
Harvest from mid September to mid October
Vinification in white with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. Fermentation: refermentation in bottle
Colour: straw yellow, slightly cloudy due to the presence of yeasts in the bottle
Perlage: fine and persistent bubble with creamy foam
Bouquet: intense, fruity, with notes of bread crust and yeasts
Taste: dry and strong with a savory and mineral finish
