Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Perlage: fine and persistent, with creamy foam
Bouquet: wide and intense, with notes of rose, white flowers and yellow apple. Leaves pleasant hints of tropical fruit
Taste: fresh and pleasantly soft, with a savory and slightly aromatic finish
